3. The purpose of the register

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable law for the purpose of establishing and managing customer relationships and marketing. The customer has the right to prohibit marketing by notifying Projekteria by e-mail to info@projekteria.fi or by calling to the person responsible in register.

 

4. Duration of the data processing

We will stop proactively processing data when the customer relationship for which we require data ends. However, accounting information will continue to be retained after this date, but we will cease retaining any customer information at the latest 5 years after the customer relationship ends.

For marketing purposes, we will in principle retain the information for two (2) years, after which we will delete the information.

 

5. Regular sources of registry information

You can mainly access the register by entering the contact information on the contact form on the website. The Customer shall disclose his / her contact information and at the same time agree to receive Direct Marketing from Projekteria Oy until he / she chooses to unsubscribe from Projekteria Oy's mailing lists.

8. Principle of protection of the register

The Registrar's information system and files are protected by the standard technical security measures that are commonly used in business. Access to the Registry requires a personal username and password, which is granted only to the Registrar's staff, whose position and duties are associated with that access.

10. General rights of the data subject

Every person in the register has the right to verify their data stored in the register and to request the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information. If a person wishes to check or rectify the information stored about him / her, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the applicant to prove his identity. The controller will respond to the client within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection Regulation (as a rule within one month).

 

11. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A person on the register has the right to request that personal data relating to him be removed from the register ("the right to be forgotten"). Data subjects also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as restricting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests should be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the applicant to prove his identity. The controller will respond to the client within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection Regulation (as a rule within one month).
