Our dream Project Manager candidate would know how to..

Plan & manage projects, delivering in time, budget.
Manage changes, risks & Issues.
Build and maintain relationships within the project organization and with stakeholders
Ensure great Customer Experience in the projects.
Use some of the common collaboration & project management tools, such as MS Teams, MS Project
Participate to project selling
Communicate effectively (and plan the communication)
in a project
Provide progress reports for the project board and for internal stakeholders

You have also..

A proven track record and over 5 years of experience in project management in ICT sector.
Experience from Customer delivery projects.
Project Management certification, such as Prince2 or IPMA.
Great verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish.

Our dream PMO Manager candidate would know how to..

Manage the project portfolio and is able to follow set KPI's in portfolio level.
Collaborate with C-Level Executives.
Lead Project Managers and Teams.
Support and provide guidance for Project Managers to ensure their success in projects.
Communicate & collaborate with PMO Stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement in Customer's PM model.
Increase organizations understanding of Project Management
Work with sales in pre-planning phase, providing preliminary project plans and estimations for budgeting & pricing.
Manage and Estimate resourcing needs.
Work with Customers and handle project escalations.

You would also have..

An overall understanding of the Project Management Culture development and which PMO elements needs to be developed in minimum, to get the project management working in sufficient way to achieve good C-Sat, E-Sat, profitability, predictability and visibility for Boards decision making.
Experience of similar role from delivery organization.
Over 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in ICT sector. Having an experience of working under different PMO environments or Companies is a plus.
Project Management certification, such as Prince2, PMP or IPMA.
Empathy and capability to soft leadership skills.
Great verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish.
